I am looking for a replacement crank for the casement window two-year-old windows. There are no markings on the windows to indicate brand or manufacturer. There is a number molded into the underside of the crank 2119 R1 Color is what I'd call putty.

Purchasing a home. Thermo Tilt 5000 windows failed inspection because the lower pane will not stay up when raised. Was informed the white plastic balance on 3 windows needed to be replaced.

I have an Alenco aluminum window and have replaced the spring mechanisms with new ones from Swisco. Now I need the upper black plastic part shown in the attached photo. It is 1" X1" in size. Please let me know if you carry this part. Thank you.

Its has a marking 2720 ,I measured the metal part only and its 28" I think I found the correct balance 28" 351 channel balance Product code S351-28 . It looks like the correct shoe and top guide. The latch is stamped worldwide #D99318074.4 The latch is square cornered approx.6 10/16 inches long.Two screw holes 5.5 inches apart center to center. It is 11/16 inches wide and 1/2 inches deep. Brass colored.
