Hi, I can't seem to find any hinges like this with the z configuration with three holes. Fortunately, the hinges have broken apart so I can't simply replace the stem.

This tilt latch was on the left side of the window. In addition to the Patent # 5,139,291, it also shows .075 and 7R on the back side of it.
