21" length. Marked 2040 (RN BSI TL) on channel. bottom fitting says patent no 6,598,264

From what I've found I have FERCO brand windows, the arm that attaches to the window frame is 71/2" and the sliding arm is 7". I also need the opening mechanism as the housing is cracked.

Attached is the Pictures of the current window crank which is not opening or closing at this point. We ordered what we thought was the crank, but they were wrong. I am returning them but hopefully you can assist. We will need 5 RH and 5 LH

There are no numbers on the existing balances. They are both installed correctly but neither of them move with the window

Not sure where to find more of these and if it's hard to replace these, i'm not sure how to even take out the window screen too but bugs keep getting through the sides of the mesh because this latch is probably loose

Channel Length for both sets is 26 5/8. Do not know who manufactured the window. I need 2 sets (2 separate windows with different weights). One weighs 19 pounds and the other weighs 12 pounds.
