I have attached photos of the window balance. Spring has broken on one of them and I am looking to replace two (2). The only marking on one channel balance is 27B - and it also has a USA marking engraved into the metal. The other is marked 27D. The balances are 1/2 inch wide and 29 inches long ( ... (cont.)

Need fhe part number of a female section of a Marvin Window casement lock. I also need a crank handle for the same window. I need the handle with the swivel/articulating part, pin to hold articulating part into handle and a set screw.

This is off an alliance window. Im looking for the metal insert that is broken. Do you sell just this part or do I have to get a kit? I do maintenance on duplexs and this is a very commom problem with these windows so would be looking for a few.

Hello,The metal channel is 1/2" wide; for a non-tilt window; it is a combination of string and Spring load mechanism. And the only mark it has is: 27 3 GX CMC 11.thank you in advance for your help in identifying this balance; I will need a pair.Alberto

balance metal is 29" L. has stamped 28 3 and half sized letters J1 looking at maybe s351, s390, s395 I measured bottom shoe at 1 1/8"

I need help identifying this black beading for single pane

I need to replace the left side tilt latch. It measures 2 5/8 inch long and about a 1/2 inch wide. Thank you in advance.

I think channel measures 36 but photo indicates it is 34. Really don't want to take the old one off it I can't get the part. It is a old wood tilt window mabe 20 to 25 years. Any thoughts?

Inside the crank handle was the number II 45054 The cover is 5" wide by about 1" tall. when closed the arms are a total of about 24" wide (as they sit inside the sill when closed)
