The hook on the tilt shoe that holds down the spring loaded balancer has broken on multiple windows in our home. Once it snaps, it shoots the balancer straight through the window casing. I'm struggling to identify the proper slide. it is 23" overall length. pictures the spring fell out and the strings and pullys moved out but I have close ups of the two ends and the only identifiable marking (21 4).

Printing on handle is Cmech and is in a EMCO Store In Door Crossbuck Door. Serial number is 0007475366. The part # is the set up guide is 608413 but I cannot find it anywhere.
