Hello, You were referred to me by a salesman at Home Depot. I need two series 900 spiral balance parts and two pivot lock shoes. The spiral balances in my window measure 28-3/4". Should I order the 28" or the 29"? Thank you for your help. Augusta

40-089 looks identical to mine, even the thumbkey, though mine measures 1'16" x 2'1/4". I don't believe the 3/32" shorter cylinder would matter, as my door is only 1'1/4" thick, but want to make sure I'm not mistaken. Thank you.

"Unique 26-E-50" stamped on the surface of the part and the length of the part (metal portion of the part) measured 26 inches in length. Is "S385-26, option 2550" the right part number to order? Thanks! Mike

My bay window has 3 operators. It is very difficult to open the windows and one of the operator handles is broken. Inside the cover of one of the operators had the number 7191-33.
