We have MW Patriot windows in our home and two sliding glass doors which have no markings on them and assume they must be MW Patriot sliding doors. We need to replace several parts on these doors, do you stock or know who stocks these parts? Respectfully, Jeff

We have a broken channel balance. 751 series. Our channel balance does not match your options. The number on the channel balance is DB27REG The balance attaches at the top with a Phillips screw. Please help.

The number is either B31 or 331 followed by 1/19 1135. Only other number on it is 11600-17. Assumption is the number is 331 which aligns with one of your replacement sash springs.

We live in a condo. I need this window fixed,not sure what brand or who makes it.

I want to replace the flush lever in my french doors. It looks like the one pictured on your website model #42-006 but I want to make sure that it is the same and that it will fit. The marking on it is "worldwide" inside of a globe. Is yours from that company or similar?
