The 15-05 dimensions appear to match my shoe. What are the inside dimensions of the pivot?( Blue plastic cylinder)

I have a number of windows with this type of balancer. The one in the photos is 28.5 inches long. The others I have are 33 inches long. I was having difficulty identifying the shoe.

I am not sure what model the window is but on the side it says "1800J single hung NVR BLDG PRODS THURMONT 9/9 GRIL". (see attachment) The sash weighs 22.8 lbs. The balance is 36in long. I need both sides.

Hello, I need a couple tilt window shoes. Pic is attached. Number on it is 503c. Non color cam, measurements i got are 2 1/4" tall x 1 1/4" wide x 9/16" deep. I could be off a 1/16". Thanks, Steve

I received 2 new balances however I didn't notice that the clip at top of window on one side is broken off. Having trouble putting window back. I hope that is the problem.
