I have a broken spiral window balance. The casing measures 29" and it has a black tip on it. When I look up a balance with my specs it doesn't list a black tip. Which do you recommend.

I would like to add a keyed lock to a Philips PHP-07 sliding glass patio door as pictured. What part(s) to I need? Thanks!

I'm looking for replacements for surface mounted latches as shown in the photos. Based on my measurements, they appear to be 2-23/32" L x 1" W x 5/16" D with a hole-to-hole center distance of 1-13/16" and latch edge to hole distance of 1-5/8". Do I need to be aware of any other measurements to replace this mechanism which has a broken handle/lever.

Can you help with identifying this storm door latch/handle. A piece broke off on the inside where it latches to the strike so the door no longer latches closed.

I can't seem to find this exact corner key. The channel is 3/8 the height from bottom to top on the corner is 7 /8

the backing is only 1.5" long. i have a sliding window in which both sides slide into the middle. condo was built in 1984 and I would like to replace left side and right side. they broze in color

Hi there, I am about to replace the spiral balance in several windows. The problem I have now is that the measure of the original spiral is 23 inches and a half. What do you suggest? I should go with the shorter (23") or the longer (24").

I have a broken "Entry Card Truth" operator. The base plate is 5" long and marked 40471 The bent arm is marked 30824R and the short arm is marked 20810. The long arm is about 9". Cover and handle are white.
