Hi there, I am about to replace the spiral balance in several windows. The problem I have now is that the measure of the original spiral is 23 inches and a half. What do you suggest? I should go with the shorter (23") or the longer (24").

I have a broken "Entry Card Truth" operator. The base plate is 5" long and marked 40471 The bent arm is marked 30824R and the short arm is marked 20810. The long arm is about 9". Cover and handle are white.

Hi there! I need to replace a casement window crank. I still need to figure out how best to remove the old one from the vinyl window, but that's a different story. Can you help me find the right replacement part? Existing operator is Truth and appears to be a single arm.

Greetings. I need to order the replacement bar that goes from the window to the pivot shoe, at the bottom of the window. That snapped off, and now everything is free-falling. We have metal tilt out window want to replace springs. metal part 28 inches spring 18 5/8 . There is plastic part on top window where it attaches that does not look like your website see pics. Do I need 2 stops 55-063, 1 tool 75-006, 2 5/8" tube balance do I get 600 series?

The wheels are toast. I get a pretty good workout opening and closing it. I cannot see any numbers or markings on them.

Good morning. I have a 2" tilt window that has a broken plastic piece on the top. I have taken a picture and attached it. When I researched the code on the piece it brought me to your company. I need to replace the Tilt latches on the bottom window. The measurements are 1 inches by 3 Inches with two inches between the screws on Center. The depth is 3/8 inch. The measurement across the outer edges of the screws is 2 5/16 inches

Do you know if usually sliding windows, about 2 feet across by 53 inches high, would take two wheels? This one is in, but I can barely open the window. Thanks, Kathy
