Hello, I have a client who needs the channel balances in her windows replaced. They are 9/16" wide and each section of the window is 37" tall. I cannot find any identifying marks on any of the hardware, I had to cut the vinyl to remove these parts. The window sash weighs 15 pounds, is 32 inches wide and 26 inches high. I believe that boths springs run in the same track. HELP

Hi, I have replace the 4 rollers 84-108 on my door, wells was damaged on button the ride now is not smut.. seem's bumpy... could it be the tension ( spring ) on the new roller that cause this.. it was not doing that before I change them..

Bottom of the window bracket where you slide in the pin from the window into the sash balance, the bottom of the sash balance is broken as you can see in the picture.
