Left and Right locking mechanism for REPUBLIC double hung tilt sash windows, vinyl.
would like to know if you have or can help locate the replacement for these parts. Also, there is the change that just the spring may need to be replaced. Is this a possibility? spiral window balance
Please see attached pictures. The balances I need to replace measure 28 1/2", measuring the tube only. I do not know whether to order 28 or 29" replacements. They are 3/8 diameter with a red tip. Please advise. Thanks.

Window spring balance
I have a broken 3/8 x 32" S-900 balance - i came off of a 60"x 30" MW brand window- tip appears to be white in color. Need help- window balance weight?
I plan to 30" Series 351 Channel Balance (2960) to replace a broken one in my non-tilt window. My question concerns what is stamped on the balance. It says, "29 6 HS or H5 Caldwell." The reference numbers provided are 4 digit and the numbers on my balance are 3 digit. Bill

I need screen clips for Crestline Windows that are from about 1996 screens they are similar to 70-074 but the swivel part is wider and flat on top side or where screw goes in. Do you know if this clip will work? Thank you

Spiral balance tip color
I notice that only green and red is presented in the , is white tip not available anymore, the spiral balance that was in the window I remove is white and I wonder I can use the green tip? the window is a little bit heavy.

vinyl window info sticker
I have this vinyl window and the bottom sash will not stay up. It looks like both coil springs are broken. This sticker is on the edge of the sash. Any idea what size or type of parts I will need?

Replacement of pivot shoe cam
I have tilt windows that have a spiral balance. The metal cam of the pivot shoe broke. Is it possible to replace just the cam? If so, how is that done? Thanks.

Replacement window lock/latch for a MI Windows discontinued window
The actual MI Window is from Series 740. The ID info located on the actual window are: AAMA-NWWDA-101.1.S-2-97 & H-r45-52x71. The actual decriptive ID located on the latch/lock part is 10R-8 or it could be 1OR-8. I've uploaded a top and bottom photo for you. Please advise if this is a part that you ... (cont.)
