Hi, I have a window operator I need to replace. I am not sure if it is Anderson, but it does have the crank in the middle. I believe it is roughly 9.5" . Will the 39-094 work in this application or is there something else I should be purchasing? Thanks! VB

They are almost identical to your 18-032 except the top hat section does not have the rear projection and the bevel is only on the front edge. They have stamped on the front edge "Windows Inc"

My andersen sliding door on the bottom has a single raised "rail" for the rollers to slot over. But the upper doesn't. It looks like the upper rollers should roll in a groove. What is the deal?
