I need a left and a right Plain Channel Balances. The length is 27 inches, top: Balance Clip Attachment, and Bottom: T-lock balance shoe. There is a 27B marking on the balance. Pictures are attached.

I will be purchasing stud brackets 39-513 & 39-514 and was wondering which fasteners you recommend for attaching these to the window. I will be drilling new holes because the new operator I will be using is a slightly different length than the existing one. Thanks!

I'm looking for these spiral balances. They are wrapped in a white plastic casing. I'm not sure if that casing has a purpose or not, but I was told by another supplier that I had to get the exact ones. My balances are 26 1/2" from rod to rod. There 3/8, and are blue tip. My window needs a new coil balance. But, I cannot seem to be able to remove the sash and I cannot get the coil out. Ant help or advice

Good morning, l talked to one of your reps last week who advised me to send these pics. The length of the balance is 22" for each of three windows. Iam going off memory so that number may change. I am not savvy on using my phone to do this but l will try to send 4 pics. Thanks

We have two windows that have window cranks that appear to be striped and therefore the window does not close tight. These pictures are from a Simonton Window. Each spring has a "4" on it so I assume that is 12lbs per side. The sash weighs 21.3 lbs on scale. This is the right side standing inside.
