This roller doesn't have a housing but snaps into the corner of the window. I can't show that because the windows are installed in El Paso TX and I'm in Tucson AZ. I am looking for 2 of these. The number on the part is S-6232. Measurements are 2 10/16 long, 1" Height, 7/16" wide and the wheel is 1/4". My sliding door is really old and I can't find this locally.

My home was built in the year 2000, I moved in in 2006. For the past couple of weeks my sliding glass door closes smoothly, but is a real pain to open. Please see the picture I am forwarding to you. This is the pivot bar for a vinyl window and I 'm looking to see if you carry anything like this. Each side is 1 1/2" and the pivot bar is about 3/4 of an inch. Any help is appreciated.

Vetter vinyl clad double hung windows jamb friction shoes are broken where balance spring attaches need replacement parts

I need to replace some broken spiral balances. They are 5/8 in diameter, but have a yellow tip. The windows are large (sash is 33" tall, 48" wide, and they are heavy. I'm looking at part S795-33 series 795 block and tackle sash support). Supposedly the sash weight code is stamped on the balance to order the one with the proper spring tension. However, the only thing that is stamped on my old balance is 32-5. How does that number translate into the correspondi ... (cont.)

This is the balance and top/bottom clip set i need. I only need 1 pair for one bottom sash on a non-tilt single hung. I weighed the sash and it was 40lbs, and there is no stamp on the old damaged balance. Do i need to get a certain stamp or just order normal?
