Can you help ID 3 parts for me based on pictures posted, locks, spiral covers and felt to try and reseal , thank you

Can you tell me if the pictured part is a ROTO crankshaft? I can't find any markings on the plates, and have been assured it is not a Truth part.

I don't have any markings on my old window Please help to find replacement. Thank you

ON THE CRANK IS BRAND TRUTH # 40471 US PAT #4,241,541

Pivots at bottom of window are broken and window will not stay up in place. See 0015 photo.

I have 2000 Weathervane or Weather Shield wood windows with Hurd hardware. One of my latches has a broken plastic piece. (See photos). Do you have a replacement?

I believe it's an Alcoa window (stamped 105 between the panes). Shoe is 3/4" wide, 1-7/8" tall. What is the correct part? I need 3 to replace broken ones.

Cannot find this size. Picture shows the broken corner. The tongue measures 1/2" wide by 5/16" thick. I don't care about the plastic overlaps tabs. I find "trailer" screen corners for 1/2" x 1/4". Mine is clearly 5/16" thick. Hope you can help david

The 82-261 appears to be for doors that open right to left. Can the latch be changed for doors opening left to right?

I require a replacement awning opener. The part I would like to replace has the number 45301 stamped on it. It is manufactured by Truth Hardware. Which Swisco part number would replace this unit?

Plastic tab inside operator track is broken. How to find another plastic tab? Your operator track 39-542 looks similar, but it is 13.75" long. If I'd cut it down, the small raised part would be removed from the tip of the track. So the white tab would slide off.

the only identification we can find is what is stamped between the glass on the spacer: RR 98. We assume it was made in 1998. Sash measures: 26-1/2" wide x 42-3/8" tall. Any idea who might have manufactured this wood/clad window?

My sash is missing balance channels on both sides. I've determined that a S380 will work as a replacement but I don't know how long it should be. The sash is 21 high and weighs 15 lbs. it looks like a 16, 17, 18, or 19 in length could work. What determines the optimum length. Thanks David ... (cont.)

In your notes you say the spiral balances are shipped ready to be charged. What do they need to be charged with?

The one you show is a right hand crank. Do you also have left hand? Is the color a very dark bronze?

The Rocker Roller 84-002 pictured looks exactly like the ones I'm trying to replace, but the dimensions are different. The nylon wheel is 7/8" and the overall height seems 3/4". Do you have other sizes.

Can I use blue color instead of red color, it is too far to drive to the job location finding it. thank you for your time.
