Can you tell me what size this

I have looked everywhere and can not find anything that looks like this window balance shoe.

Pics attached. Shoe measures 17/32 (.53") thick x 1.25 wide x 1.5 high. The spring assy is disentegrated and can not measure it. Window is under 30#. Please recommend replacement PN Thank you Jim

If you do , how to take the old one out?

I am trying to find a suitable replacement crank for this old window. I don't really have any other info concerning the window. I don't know what the original crank/part looked like nor did I appreciate any sort of brand for the apparatus. Any ideas to point me towards for something that would work ... (cont.)

To whom it may concern,It is my understanding that these corners came from a Simonton brand double hung window. The screen is a full size and also a spring loaded unit. I would like to find a replacement for an awning window operator. #’s on the operator are #41016, #41013, #41012. Do I need to order any other parts for this replacement? Can I reuse my existing handle and cover if it’s not broken since it matches the window.

The only markings area GU and an arrow in the one of the arms. Based on some research I think it's a Silverlone Split Arm

Hi -- my latch flops around. Looks like you sell the replacement door lock. However, I don't know how to disassemble the door handle to remove/replace the lock, so I'd like to know if you might sell the entire assembly. Then I can simply screw it on. Thank you! --Jon
