re pella screen door latch assembly took off the pella logo and removed screw there is not another method or entry way to remove the piece holding the lock...no other logos to pry and if i try to take off the wood paper cover on the latch holder it will ruin the cover.....how do i get the cover off? ... I ordered and received the 15-045 Pivot shoes for the Keller windows I am working on. The shoe is perfect size except for the slot that accepts the pivot bar. It is a little too narrow. Hi, When I turn to the right to close window the inner spindle and top nut pops out and unscrews itself. It does not come entirely out but I can screw it back in and put nut back on. This is a picture for a glazing bead for a 20+ year old Alenco window. I need to replace a fogged window and I am concerned that the glazing bead is old and brittle. So I need to have some spare bead available before I start.

Hello I was hoping you can help me identify these coil balance parts. The coil is 1/2" wide and is stamped with a 9. It's a triple coil I think the detent clip and bushings are good I would like to replace the pivot shoe and coils. Thank you for your help with this.
