Do you id window operators by pictures? I was told by people it was an Anderson but some said it wasn't because there was no logo. It's one of those ones used in 60s -70s buildings so it's quite old. Please let me know if you could help me. Thank you!

My top channel actually includes a top and bottom rail on which a 1" diameter plastic roller rolls. I was unable to remove the old broken rollers without breaking them. The window brand name is Traco. The top tilt latch broken and want same part to be replacement. Tilt latch outside is 5/16" Tilt latch inside is 2 1/2" The window frame is 3/4 frame

I need 4 pcs. of a 25" Long balancer with the correct components on the ends. It measures 6/16" X 5/8". The markings on my existing balancer 24C and it also has UNIQUE 24-C-30.
