Hi: I' have had to replace our vinyl bead more than twice because of hail damage. I have been buying replacement bead locally, but it is only .025" thick and keeps braking. Is your 55-164 thicker than that or is it the same thickness?

I need a new adjusting screw and the little part it holds and adjusts, in the receiver. Is it possible to get those two parts without ordering a whole assembly? These plastic grid holders slide in the grid and the little points press into the casing an keeps the grid in place. Since these grid holders are plastic they had broken over the years. Now, the colonial grids will no stay in the window without falling out. I would appreciate any help you can provid ... (cont.)

I replaced the top snap in going across my windows horizontally. It appears that after a week in the Texas heat and sun, the corners pop loose. What do you recommend I use to secure the snap in's so it does not continue to pop out on each end?

I would need two balances. The balance is 27 inches long.

I am looking for replacement plastic clips that hold in the white decorative panes in the Alcan Windows. Several of these clips have broken and I need to replace them. Do you carry these parts?

This part is mounted on each side at the top of the window sash. It engages with the side balancers. It was used on Norandex and Alkan windows.

looking to buy left and right hand pivot bars for Harvey Majesty double hung wood windows installed around 1997. I believe Harvey part # is 10179 but not sure. They are marked with a 1 or a 2 depending on if left or right.

The exisitng balancers have " 20 -3 " stamp. metal to metal length is 21" , 9 /16" width Will the 21" series 390 S390-21 2030 match the existing? Thanks Freddy
