Metal channel is 1/2" x 32-5/8". Stamped 32 5. I can't find any manufacturer noted. I will need 4 of these balancers

Need six window balances for PGT windows. Sash wieght is 19.6 lbs. Channel is 30 inch by about 1/2 inch. Has winged top guide but does not have winged bottom shoe.

The part # on the arm is "Truth Entry Guard 20810 A" however when I type in that in your search it does not find a replacement part. I need to order both a left and right hand replacement.

Need replacement track. It is bent and plastic end piece cracked.

Problem need to find beading that is 74" in length

which size and series do I need to purchase to replace this?

1 1/2 top to bottom. 1 1/4 wide. 9/16 thick.If you can't provide an 5300SB shoe can you please recommend a replacement. Thank you, Bob

The hardware has the brand 'truth' on it. This is a Pozzi wood window installed in the 1990s. Windows are good, but operatorco we has cracked.

I'm looking for the small plastic guides that center the sash in the window frame as it moves up and down. The photo's show the part and the slot that they snap into. The slot is about 3/8" x 1/16". Thanks

I need left and right tilt latches for an aluminum window.
