We need your help to identifying this balance

The spring has 532 stamped in it. I need new balances for left and right side of window. The weight of one window sash is 10.6 lbs. Thank you for your assistance!

I have tried so many parts and cannot find this exact one. it seem that the part that holds the latch is too short on all the new replacement parts. Any suggestions as to where to find the exact part or to modify the new ones to fit? Thanks in advance for your help

I have a vetter window that was installed in 1998 that needs a new threader piece I think. The current one seems to be missing some metal on the end so the window will open but not close. These are windows from 1972, wood framed. I'm not sure who the manufacture was. the handles appear to be stamped 'CAPADCO' I didn't see any that clearly matched on your Website.

hi, I called in earlier today enquiring about help to replace the door sweep for three pairs of Pella Architect series French doors (inswing), manufactured in 2006. These are photos of a window that currently work. The broken window piece s the bar that keeps the window straight when opening.

Inch and half wheels

The door is made by Standard Doors in Canada. The door was manufactured in 2007. I'm not able to see any identification on the parts of door.

I am in need of some tilt latches. Measure 2.1/2 length total with out tip piece 1 inch wide and holes are 1 and half inch apart. can you help

I have several old barn windows with which the glazing is popping off and it is old and brittle. Looking for replacement glazing. The glazing is fairly boxy and large. I have attached pics in hope you have something that will work. Thank you

I have most all of my windows with the Vinyl Glazing Strips breaking and need to replace them. These are 1/2 wide and I am able to cut them and do these types of jobs, but I don't want to order the wrong piece and have to return and re-order.

Of the many different window sizes in the house, I thought I'd start with these that I don't have the eye to match.

Looking for part numbers or replacement kit that extends the window out. It has become difficult to open and close the window
