I need two sets of these one swings left and the other swings right.

Marking on balance is 278

Viking Windows installed in 1997. Stamped 3240. Length 33 in. 1/2 in width. Shoes are 1 3/32 Depth with no wings. Tops have wings. Need one set. What are you lubrication recommendations?

Need the model number/name for a Truth single arm window operator

Hi, I'm looking for a replacement part for this locking mechanism. One of screw holes broke and now the handle won't stay connected.

The rotating arm fell off this casement window in my new home. I need to replace the part but theres no ID or model number anywhere on the windows. Can you please help me I'd the part I need? I can upload more pictures if you need them. Thanks!

I have a double sash window I am unable to identify. No etching, no labels.The images are of the sash balance and shoe. 21 years old sash. Pacific window, 19" from one end of the metal to the other. Part number on it is 18 - 3BSI

The string in our balance broke. It is 1/2" by 29". It has BS1 2850 marked on it.I would like for the part to be identified so that I can order the correct part.I also would like to know the price.Thanks.Chuck

This is on a 34 inch tall sash. We are replacing a 36 in tall sash. Same style hinge. Client has the window taped and roped closed at the moment. Do you recognize the style slide arm?

Cannot figure out how to remove window, or get to the balance. Double hung, both windows appear to use the same balance. There is a visible string that goes behind the plastic trim. The pastic tirm is flexable and can be push in. The string is mounted about center of window on a piviot point, whic ... (cont.)

so this part is discontinued everywhere but if i can get another one with a wheel close to itto switch out that would be great. i think its a 3/8 wheel diameter but its 3/4 wide
