I need to replace the casement window crank mechanism because the gears are lifting out of alignment when closing

Hi. The balancers in the windows I have are metal on the bottom and a braided cord on the bottom that don't seem to match what you offer so wondering what my options are.

I need a similar type of locking mechanism....but what I really is just the interior locking latch lever. I need the white, interior thumb latch.
