I have no idea what the maker of the window nor the hardware is. I hope the parts are available or a suitable substitute can be suggested.

My patio door has a secondary lock similar to your part 82-051. It's located at the top of the door. It's coming out of alignment. Hello - I've ordered (and got it) a part #90-298 (Flush Mount Lock, 1-5/8). The size is exactly what I need. But there is a little but very important difference between 90-298 and the lock I have.
