I'm looking for the exact part to replace this broken balance shoe on my pennco window sash.

Need to find vinyl window trim glaze snap-in for a Lennar Built home 10 years old. Photos show an outside window missing the insert and what it looks like. Do not know the window model or type.

can;t find the right screw for the crank handle

I need help to know the part number of this or any suitable replacement. Thanks

Both balance are stamped with the following. 86 26-4 GC5 CMC 45. It seems like I am missing the release clips that clip into slots on both sides of the window frame, please let me know if you carry these clips and the part numbers.

Broken balance for one side

I'm trying to find new cranks as I have cranks that don't work. I have covers that are missing throughout a few of the homes.

looking for a spiral balance shoe. 1 1/4" wide, 11/16" depth, 2 1/8" tall. hole for tilt pin is 1/2" x 5/16" see drawings and pics for reference. my marks are off on the 11/16" depth, but it is 11/16"

The windows are hard t open, house sits off the ocean water, so could be the salt in the air, affected the operation, especially since previous owners didnt maintain the windows

I would like to replace some of my original window channel balances and am looking to identify the correct replacement. The metal channel is 24" long and the channel is stamped with "2310". Below the stamp is the letters "BSI". I have included photos. Thanks.

I need the balance springs, the shoe, and the foot to go into the shoe that attaches to the bottom of the window it is a single hung window the weighs about 21 lbs

Looking for a replacement handle with a 3-15/16" hole spacing and a mortise style latch. Canadian patent 3596954. The lever for locking the door on the interior does not seem to engage the lock.
