I was able to measure to determine 16 inch and found the stamp, but I was not sure how to determine the series number. These parts have fallen out of two of my windows. Can you help me to pick the correct series to purchase? Thank you

The part holds the sash up. The window connects to this part. Unfortunatly the top of this part is broken, therefore the wondow will not stay up on its own. This part fits in the window track. Identifying marks on this part include: Pat 610108 and 0006799.

I cannot find any markings. The plastic part that slides underneath the window is broken. Everything else works fine. Do you have a replacement for either the end or the entire crank?
