window parts were in piceces in window. I am trying to find out which parts I need to order. The rest of the windows all have double coils in them.I 'm not sure if somebody tred to fix this half -way. Would sure like to know part #'s and how many to get for this window.I sure will get some spares,a ... (cont.)

Balance spring for the sash is broken. Need the pertinent part. Housing and spring.

It is a metal part that goes on the left and right side of the window and allows the window to rotate in to wash them

Looking for above piece in a window crank handle that acts as a hinge that connects/holds the handle to the crank case. It's a thin metal pin. Window handle is 7/8", so it needs to be as long or slightly longer. Handle is gold tone, not bronze or copper

Hi there, Can you identify the original brand of this RH crank? It is cast aluminum, and nicely designed with no hinge button on the side. The bottom cast bracket has two screw holes. The bracket is cracked, which allows the crank housing to move inward, thus the windows cannot fully extend into the ... (cont.)

It appears that the roller device is above the door. (Why the above photo appears upside down, I don't know.) The roller device was manufactured sometime before 1986.

Need sash lock only for this 1985 Anderson basement utility window. They do not have on their parts website. Thank you.

See photos of sash locks. They are riveted to the sash.....not screwed in. You will notice the side view shows that the locks are not flat on the bottom. They have a curve that fits onto the top of the window sash. Do you have any of these in stock?There is no manufacture name or model number on an ... (cont.)

Hi, I'm trying to replace a broken part in my window. I think it's called a 'sash guide' but could be incorrect. These are wooden windows, don't tilt, and this piece is what keeps the window from falling out of the frame, allowing it to slide up and down.
