Hi, I'm looking for this Channel balance. It is labeled 0711 UNIQUE 27-E-50. It is a tilt balance for a double hung LePage window. The balance is square not ribbed. It hangs via a clip at the top of the jamb liner. Thank you

Hello. I was closing my window today, and a plastic clip broke and the strings from the "guts" of the side rail were hanging out. It has gotten cold and the window needs to be closed. The window is 34.5" wide, and 56" tall. Can you help? Thanks.

Shot in the dark as I don't have any markings on the balances, or windows. Windows were installed when I bought the house so I have no idea where they are from. I believe this is a pella 250 series double hung window I am look for the assembly, coil and boot. For the one that is missing.

Part is attached to balance spring cover. They keep breaking at the hook. I have lots of these broken. Trying to help out my mom Most of what I can read #S 6. 679 000 4 610 108 D467 490
