Identify coil springs , availability, cost

Pretty sure the window is made by WARE, Miami FL. Control box is about 5.5". The box is pretty much empty. The piece that connects to the window is missing

We have several casement windows where the cranks have broken off. We have an old house with new-ish windows. Can these cranks be replaced? The picture is just 1 sample.

The window is approximately 47 3/4" by 59 1/2" Single, no tilt.Window fails to stay up and I would like to replace both balances. Hoping you can supply new 1/2" balances complete with the plastic end pieces.More than happy to send additional measurements or photos.Les
