Broken window operator

This operator is branded "Truth" on one of the arms. It is appxoximately 21" wide when fully closed. I think it is Dual Arm Crank 21-12/" product Code 39-083 (white)

Mismatched Hardware

I have mismatched hardware on my window that is causing issues with window closing properly. Believe this part was installed by a previous tenant.
