Looking for these latches 1 x 2 1/2 inches

There are two 00 on latch. It is spring loaded and slides in on top corners of windows. Think they measure 11/16" wide and 2 3/8 length without latch being extended. Thanks for any help. L.Leary

Need to find a replacement lower vinyl "double splined" door seal for a 2 inch thick door. I can easily find this for a 1-3/4" door. Color can be brown or white. Required length is 33-1/2" but longer is acceptable. Will cut as required. If I can not locate this seal then I will use a universal seal ... (cont.)

Need 2 balances to replace the one in the attached image. It came out of an aluminum SH Monolithic PGT Window. 37" Long. We believe it is a Series 385 Channel Balance. But we don't know which option. Hoping this code means something to you.
