Please help my window crank is broken The gear is stripped There is a prong (fork) that pushes the rail up the side of the window to set the lock There is a second lever that opens closes the window I am willing to use alternate parts to make it work again Thanks Frank

I'm in need of some help in locating a replacement door track for a sliding door. Of course there are no markings on it. The overall width of the track is 5". The height is 1.5". My Harvey sliding door latch broke and it will not unlock. How do I release the mortise hook?

I think the hook inside the part is worn as it sometimes doesn't line up when you close it and go to lock it. If you slam the door closed it usually allows you to lock it.

I need a gasket for Narco / Cardco windows. Attached is the image of the gasket. I need to only replace these gaskets at a couple of windows. I'm looking for a replacement kit or a similar gasket to have this work done. Please help me locate the gasket I'm looking for.
