Looking for replacement piece

Hello. In the images I'm sending you you will see the model number and the latch and jam assembly. I am looking for the part to replace the latch and also the closing handle. The screen door also needs to be replaced. It is the SGD-35C-144x96 model patio door. Installed ehen the home was built in ... (cont.)

One of the sash pivot bars broke and the window is unable to hold itself up. I have searched all the numbers on the sticker but unable to locate a replacement. One of the strings is also broken. We have a broken latch to a storm window - the tip snapped off. It appears to be of like kind to your #26-351. The window has no discernible markings. With the measurements of the centers of the screws as marked, does that match up? Thanks.

Need new sliding door lock for patio door. Manufactured by Philips products. Series 870. Distance between screw heads is 4 5/8". Two photos attached. Vintage 2000.
