Deadbolt with toggle lock. Toggle lock not necessary but would like deadbolt. I believe we need to try to match it. Seems if we lock it we would need lock with free egress.

I need to replace the existing handles and lock. One side has the lock, the other side receives. Would like something nicer and more modern. It would be four handles total as you need to slide it from the exterior side as well.

I'm looking for the same locking latch for the window. One of them was lost months ago when it first fell off and no other hardware has been able to fit. The wood paneling of the top window is at a slight slant so other latches don't stay put for long.
