I have two windows that need parts to open and close. The picture item is missing the part that connects to the round object you see in the picture. The other window is missing the same but also the center bolt that the round part spins around.

This pivot is broken at the screw hole.

The latch assembly is broken will not extend to reach strike plate no manufacturer's name available

This is the park that the block and tackle window balance hooks onto what's it called and do you have them in stock?

I have 16 in aluminum window balance that is 9/16 diameter with a white plastic tip. I need 2 of them to replace.Pictures are included.Thanks Charles
