We would like to find a replacement for a customer. What is the model and or serial so we can replace the lock and latch assembly.

The first and last picture is the tilt sash latch, the 2nd and 3rd is the leg that goes into the shoe located at the bottom of the operable window sash.

27 1/2 inches long. The name on the top reads Grand Rapids Invisible Sash Balance.

Need this (keeper) part for a large sliding door , can't find it anywhere.

We have several windows that won't shut as the crank seems to be stripping. We've tried new crank handles and that didn't fix the problem, so I think it's the internal component that stripped. Can those be replaced?

Not sure of brand of door it's roughly 19 years old. Don't know what the latch looked like. Any help would be appreciated.

The lever on one of our sash window catches is sheared off. See one of the photos for a label from one of the windows which I believe identifies the brand (STILES)? The other photo is of subject catch. We measured screw centres to be 2 1/16" apart. I'm assuming a complete catch replacement is requ ... (cont.)

Need to replace both balance channels in my single pane window sash. They are stamped with a 28D and no other markings. I'm needing help determining the actual replacement for it as the single number/letter is apparently no longer used.

Hand crank for the window just one side needs replacement as its missing. Thanks.

I would like to buy this part from. you but am having trouble locating it on your site, its a DNS Industries 12 inside pull and I believe that the holes from centers is 6 1/2" apart. if you could give me the part number so I may purchase it that would be greatthank you Keith
