After the window no longer stayed open on it's own, I took it apart and found all these broken pieces. Can anyone help identify something similar that would work?

This is a flexible plastic strip with a foam filled bead running the length. It is from the lower outside facing edge of A double pane single edge window.

Having trouble identifying the lockset on this balcony door used on an apartment complex. Doors were made by Sunview, now owned by Novatech. The unusual locking mechanism seems to control additional latches toward the top and bottom of the frame. Does Swisco have these locksets?

I don't know how to correctly measure the sash guide so I took a picture and hope you can identify it for me

Attached are some pictures. The two pieces at the top and bottom have wings. The channel is plain, half inch. Stamp is 26-3 meaning likely a 27 inch channel What other information can I provide?

Need left and right tilt latch for: Jeld-wen purchased 2007 Tilt latch pat.# 5,139,291 (slide in latch) 2 5/8" long X 11/16" wide X 3/8" tall (+1/16 for top lip) I think the 26-243 and 26-244 are the closest match; only difference is the lower snap is set in 1/16" on my latch. The corner connectors, I assume, are for both left and right sides? If so I need four each for a total of eight! Also,the pin on mine that rotates, is more cylindrical in design. I can modify if necessary. Once the parts are installed, Can I take a nail set to capture top and side of corner hardware ... (cont.)
