I have a client asking us to replace a few of these. There is one in each door track of balcony doors. We would like to purchase the pieces and replace them.

Need replacement

Cant seem to find these on the web. I think the door was installed/manufactured in Pittsburgh, Pa. Perhaps, Three Rivers Window and Glass. Would like to find replacement parts,matching or something that will work. Thank you!

I have sent a closeup of the working latch (back side of door view). The latch on the other side is broken.

I am hoping you can identify this part. The track holding the ballast is very narrow and will need to be pry open to replace.

The right side of this window sash has a pivot bar that barely sticks out. It looks like it's snapped. I attached pictures of the good side. I tried to remove the broken one but it doesn't seem to want to come out.
