Looking for a replacement part/balance for this type of balance. It seems the plastic piece broke and now the string does not move when you move the window sash up and down. The metal piece is about 32" long. The window is about 72" tall if that matters. Thanks!

Hi, I am working on restoring five 3-pane aluminum awning windows. The cranks are stamped with LEMCO and possibly date from the 50s or 60s. PGT window from 2000 or 2001. Length 38" appears to have stamped 34DS 38. Attached picture. The cord was broken and the hook is missing. I need (2) one for each side of the window.

The whole case is about 2 -1/2 inches long. Width of the all metal wheel is 1/4 inch. The height of case is about 1 inch

Double hung window pivot shoe from a spring balance track. There is a broken cam lobe inside the mechanism that unlocks the unit so it will slide up. Any information on the part would be appreciated Thanks

Looking for left and right side operators. Operator to window hole is none threaded and appears to be a 3/8" hole. 1st vertical hole seems to be 4-1/2" spacing 2nd vertical offset hole is 5-1/8" spacing Bottom hole distance seems to be 1-3/8" Thank you, Jason W
