hi...iced to replace the broken face mount for Mepla hinges on a few cabinets. hinge is fine but the brakets are cracked.

Looking to replace the seal on the removable sliding door. It looks like the door seal slides into a channel. I replaced the other seals that are a push in tube style. Pella doesn't make this door anymore.

Hello - I am looking to order some spiral balances for tilt sash windows. The original ones seem to measure about 30.25" to 30.4" (measuring the plastic tube that jackets the wound metal interior spiral). would it be better to order 30" or 31" length. thanks for your assistance.

Greetings, I am in process of replacing my milgrad window coil and need some advice. The window coils broke down on both sides and i had replaced them in 2021. Apart from the coil i dont see any damaged to the pivot shoe or the support. I have used window coil with 9.0 lbs but i am not sure if its ... (cont.)

The outer snap in retaining trim has become brittle and some of the windows have loose glass as a result. Do you have this exterior retailing trim. The exposed glass in this window is 14" wide by 29-1/2" high. Mike

A tenant reported that the windows stopped opening. When inspecting the mechanism the crank only partly connects with the teeth so the easiest will be to replace it. It turns a few times but they window won't open. The problem is, the window can't be opened. We already had 2 different handyman look ... (cont.)
