Are these style of Sash Tilt Latches replaceable? If so do you have any that look, and have any idea how I would even open this window? If they are not replaceable, is it possible to use a surface mount latch in it's place?

Our sliding glass door handles broke off. There are cracks in the holes that the bolts go through. Can you please help us find replacement handles? There are two locking hooks so nothing at Home Depot would work.
