What you see pictured is what's left of the original parts for this octagon port type window. It's hinged at the top and looks to be pushed up outwards. Looking to make the window functional again.

Our door handle and lock set broke and we are looking for a replacement. It is from 1994 and is original with the house

Which one do I need, please?

Hi, Looking to replace screen clips from windows installed around 1999. The windows were made by/for Maki Corporation of Gardner Massachusetts.Each window requires 2 screen clips at the bottom (see photos). The top of the window slides info a groove.Please let me know if you sell these and if so, ... (cont.)

It's a non tilt window. I think it's either S351 or 390 but not entirely sure. And since it measure 27.5 is that 28 since stamp is 27405. Help me pick.

Need replacement pivot lock shoes. These connect to an inverted block and tackle balance. Balance has the following markings "BSI" and "26B".

"Truth" along with a house shape logo

I was told the doors were Andersen, I could not find any writing on them however.
