Latch for window lock missing from 3 Jeld-wen casement windows. Need to find appropriate replacement

I think we need to replace the whole piece the crank is no longer staying in the hole. The device works but it looks like maybe the crank is stripped.

I am with the City of Rayne Louisiana and we are trying to either repair or replace the Sargent & CO Easy Spring Lock. As you can see one side is broken and I do not believe it functions. Could you repair it or direct me to someone who could? Do you offer any parts?
