I purchased the Entrygard Dual arm operators 39-155 and 39-156 . On the original arm there was a stamp 20755. These work great. thank you. Now I need the top arm. ? bar hinge?? can you tell what parts I need to order? is it the 36-004-10?

The broken sash cam is the one we're trying to replace. The two that are not broken or the ones we bought and they are the wrong size

The Window crank does not longer work. It does not open or close the window.
