I'm trying to identify these parts for my widow

Metal channel is 23" long. No visible markings. The window is a basic bedroom window 24x28"

I have crestline double hung windows with broken auto locks

The spiral window balance is installed in an older aluminum non-tilt window. The metallic cylinder length is 25' and the diameter of the cylinder is 3/8. I do not see any bracket that attaches the balance to the window panel. The plastic tip appears to be red.

I purchased an older home and have a that needs new window balances, both the lower and upper windows. It's a double hung window, each window being 36" in height. The only markings I can find on the window are on the balances, "BC 34HB TSE" Any ideas on the maker of the window? Replacement balances ... (cont.)

Hello, I believe the name brand for our sliding patio door is Nami. The handle is broken and I'm looking for an equivalent handle for a replacement.
