Afternoon, I have a Simonton double hung window that has pivot shoes. I took the top window out to clean it. When I went to place the window back into the pivot shoe the window won't seat back in properly. Then I removed the bottom window to do the same (clean) and now both windows won't seat prope ... Hi there! I measured this broken part...neighbor told me what it was and that he ordered his from your site. He owns a different floorplan than me but if helpful he ordered S385-34 34" sees 385 option 3320. Mine measures 1/2" wide and the metal part is 34" long without the plastic tips. Any suggesti ... Hello, Between age and hailstorms, our vinyl window bead is pretty rough shape so I would like to replace it. I'm having a hard time matching what is on the house. I've uploaded some pictures to see you if you have any suggestions. Thanks, Brett

When we moved in, the crank was missing. Don't know if I just need the handle or other missing pieces. I can open and close the window using a vice.

Good morning please review pictured parts. The handle broke from the casement window crank and would like a replacement for the entire assembly.

The two sizes of window balancers I need are slightly over 28 inches and slightly over 34 inches. Window master is the window manufacturer. I need five of each size.

I am looking to replace these broken counter balances. The bottom sash will not go back into the window now that these are broken. Also, if you have instructions for assembling new counter balances, that would be helpful.

The window weight 43 lb the channel balance is mark 28f

These are for what I think are M&W windows. These do fold down of that matters.

I have non-tilt windows and need replacement springs. I removed one and it appears, per the photos, that it is stamped 2740 BSI L. I believe I also will need 2790 for the heavier windows (30+ lbs). I have double hung windows. The pane is 28 pounds. The existing channel balance is 24" long and is hooked on an opening below a screw hole (see picture 4). The screw hole is 1" above the opening, so do I get a 24" long replacement, or do I get a 25". Thanks
