The inner pieces of the door lock slid to the bottom of the door. An installer said I needed the part to fix it. But I don't know what the part number is to the inside lock mechanism. Help?

The sliding panel won't lift enough to clear the metal lip on the frame. Is it possible the fixed panel must be removed first?

Anderson double hung narrow line installed saw 1988...replaced the lower sash.....the lock on the old we income has a recess for the lock. This sash has 2 PIOT screws but no recess. Can I use another lock and keeper if I have 2. And. Bronze..thks...paul
