Hi, unknown window manufacturer. We have many windows that are "guillotine" windows. I'm trying to identify replacement parts. They are single hung, tilt out spiral windows. The window crank for the right hinged window is broken, window cannot be opened anymore. The other image shows the opened opposite left-hinged crank as an example. The smaller crank arm has the number 20810 imprinted on it. The cranks are found on Crestline Casement windows.

I am looking for a retainer replacement - the pictures show the size and shape. It snaps into the side mount and holds in a storm sidelight cover. Please let me know if you have anything similar. I have more photos if needed. Thanks
