Pocket door roller falls off

I have this roller at the top of a pocket door and the piece fell off. I can't tell if it is missing a screw or how to tighten it so it stops falling off the rail. Need a replacement track for closet doors about 40 years old.

This roller has become miss-shaped and no longer rolls smoothly. Is there a replacement for this? Thanks, Steven

This is the roller pin and insert. It measures 1 1/2 in by 1 1/8 in on top and plastic guide is 3/8 and the pin is 1/4 in.
