I need to replace this pivot. What block and pivot would I need?

The above pictures are of top glide to a mirrored closet sliding door. I suspect it is a vintage of around 1960-61 if that is any help. I see your part numbers 21-029 Pivot Top,21-030 Bottom (Outside fixed I assume) covers both top and bottom on pivot side. I'm repairing 3 metal bi-fold doors for a friend. I can't tell who the manufacturer is but they appear to be an exact match for the doors in your video. Mounting holes are 5/16". The plastic piece is broke. The door does not stay in the track, but will swing out.
